This place is definitely tight. I kept my tandums all the way forward. It way harder to do with tandums to the back.
Staff was very helpful. Pulled actual flooring allowing me to compare and ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase.
Larry Parker at the Little Rock location is always friendly and helpful. He does his best to handle our needs quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

I was so hopeful that I would be able to leave a good review. Larry provided such great service during the purchase of the flooring. Everything since the purchase has been horrible. I purchased laminate flooring in April 2021. The flooring was installed in May 2021. Molly and crew were the installers. One man (can't remember his name) came out and had our flooring installed in 1.5 days. Floor looked nice and we were pleased. Fast forward to winter, our floors started separating, like big gaps separating. We called the store and spoke with Larry initially. He apologized and sent an email right then to the installers and said they would give us a call. Waited a week, no call. Called the store and spoke with Larry again, got the same story, they would call us back. Waited another week. Long story short, we called the store weekly x6 weeks until a different gentleman gave us the installers personal number. We called the installers several times, sent pics, etc and FINALLY got a response from the "head of the company." Installers came back out to "fix" the problem and only made it worse. As be was leaving, he said "that happens with bad product." I was under the impression that I had purchased a quality product with great reviews...thats what was said in the store prior to purchase. Within a day, the floors started to separate. We tried calling and reporting the problem again, however, we continue to get the run around. Now here we are today, I have huge gaps in my floor and have to hire someone else, spend even more than the $7300 I already spent, just to have the floors repaired. My father-in-law just purchased a home and asked me who he should use to replace all the floors in his 3700 sq ft home. Unfortunately, I had to tell him to avoid LL flooring if he wanted a quality install. Super disappointed in my floors. Makes me sad every time I walk in and see my floors. I worked hard to get the money to pay for the floors and this is what I'm stuck with.
