We discovered Floor Vision online when looking to hire a company to lay some carpeting and install baseboards in four newly painted rooms of our house. From beginning to end, working with Justin at Floor Vision has been a great experience. In the showroom, Justin greeted us and walked us through the carpeting options. He prepared an estimate right there on the spot for us and later came to the house to take measurements and help us decide on a carpet colour and baseboard size. Communication was frequent with him both by phone and through email. The installation of both carpeting and baseboards was professionally done and we are delighted with the results. Justin made a point of coming to the house to inspect the work and to ensure our satisfaction with the job. When we inherited a house in June of 2024, we decided to renovate the whole house, and sell it. One of the biggest jobs was to replace all the flooring. Henry at Just Kitchens recommended I speak with Justin at Floor Vision on Exeter Road. So I did. Best decision ever! The store, itself, is filled with lots of great quality products at fair prices. He listened to what we wanted and made recommendations. We actually went with the luxury vinyl and carpet he suggested, and putting carpet not only in the family room on a lower level, but also going upstairs, down the hallway. All other rooms have luxury vinyl. We love the results. Justin knows his stuff.Not only was Justin very patient with us as we had many jobs to juggle and kept putting him off until certain jobs got done, he had to put up with me phoning to ask questions or confirm items or just vent because of stress. Justin was always calm, cool and collected - and, reassuring.When the time came for the flooring to actually be done, it went smoothly, on time, and as exactly what I was told would happen. Barney and his team came to do the luxury vinyl and baseboards. Another team member came to do the carpet. All were very professional, skilled, and demonstrated a work ethic that is sometimes hard to find these days. They each knew exactly what they should be working on, and created a phenomenal result. Barney was very accommodating with any questions I had, and even solved problems for us not related to the flooring. We are extremely pleased with how everything turned out!Both the luxury vinyl and carpet are exquisite, and have had many compliments from anyone who has seen them. The carpet is my personal favourite with little flecks of black that go so well with the black trim.Every time I walk into the house, it's the flooring that I look at, and smile with admiration. The products are great, but this huge job was made much easier having to work with Justin, Barney and their team at Floor Vision. Dealing with down to earth, and talented people are key to an amazing result.
