Watch what is returnable and what is not. I have 9 boxes of flooring in excess that I cannot return. Im certain it was "written on the invoice" that it wasnt returnable - but how frustrating to be told to list it on marketplace for a deal and maybe someone will pick it up. Buyer beware.

The complexity and unusual aspect of replacing the original balcony carpet flooring with new white marble porcelain tile flooring was the difference maker to separate the class of bidders because of its steel railing secured on the perimeter edge of the balcony floor. Dan the owner of the Floor Trader with his background experience skillsets gave me such a trustworthy positive response that made me want to work with him to supply labour and material for a successful result which to date was indeed an outstanding display of high quality craftsmanship highlight - exceptional modern upgrade look already complimented by others! Thanks to the major Installer with his helper, Grouter, Finisher....in this challenging innovative project accomplishment. The endless initial correspondence from Crystal, Store Manager in forwarding with Bianca's tile pic options to suit my theme decor taste was most efficient and productive in development of the quotation scope and pricing. Crystal's management to drive the install schedule to project completion cannot be overlooked from a customer service deliverable milestone. Dan and Brittany after sales home visit follow-up to address any outstanding concerning install issues and lessons learned completes this turnaround process overall customer satisfaction and demonstrates the strong leadership to excel and grow this business.
From the moment I walked in the store Bianca was Very Helpful, we looked around and chose a beautiful color and then Brittany called and got all my measurements and got the crew booked, July 10th they showed up as promised, and when I got home my Jaw hit the floor WHAT AN AMAZING JOB! Nicest carpet job I have seen ever , Eddie and Josh knocked it out of the park , the transistions are Beautiful. If I could leave a 10 Star I would!
While on my way to another carpet store, I happened to see Floor Trader Outlet while driving by, so I spontaneously went in to check it out. I am so glad that I did!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Brittany went above and beyond and gave me an incredible deal! They even loaded up my van for me because my hands were full with my little guy. I will without a doubt be going back again when I'm looking for more flooring, and I definitely recommend them without hesitation.
I stumbled upon Floor Trader Outlet while looking for the perfect floor. The staff was very friendly helping us choose a design and answer my installation questions. We ordered 11 boxes and there was a hiccup with the shipping and several of our boxes were damaged. They recalled one before I picked them up, but we didn't notice further damage until we started installation. We were understandably flustered over the quality but after a quick call to let them know what was going on, they jumped through hoops to replace the order and get us a fresh shipment quickly. After that, every board was perfect and the finished product came together without any issues. I want to send a huge thank you to the wonderful staff for their time, attention and outstanding customer service.
