We had 2000 sq feet of flooring done in November 2025 and had the best experience. It started with Dave our sales rep. He was patient and worked with us bringing samples out until we finally decided on the floor. Then the installers, Randy and Jeremy were awesome. The attention to detail was spectacular. We recently had Korfhage Floor Covering, Inc. remove over 1300 square feet of carpet and replace it with solid hickory wood flooring. The sales rep/estimator, Jack, was exceptionally pleasant and addressed all of our concerns both prior to the job as well as during the installation. The 2 installers were great to work with, were pleasant to have in our home and did a fantastic job. We are certainly glad that we chose Korfhage Floor Covering!
We have just bought our new home in Goshen Kentucky, we love the scenery, the "Country feel" to the area, it's incredible beauty. However, our home needs a lot of TLC, the previous owners showed an obvious indifference to the property, they wanted to make money and they did! The carpets were stain ridden, we decided on replacing them with some Brazilian Cherry, and the rest is American Oak! We went to several of the most renowned flooring stores in Louisville and one of the oldest with a great reputation, Korfhage! We were not disappointed! The sales manager knows his business, we recognised in him a kindred spirit, he knows about flooring because he has done everything from laying the product to ordering it when the product couldn't be found! The two men who came to take out the nasty carpet and start installing the hardwood are brothers, Randy and Jeremy, who did an absolutely astonishing job! They arrived by 7:30 no later than 8 A.M. and worked hard all day. We were impressed by their professionalism, their work ethic is to be highly recommended! We have had other professions in to rectify the neglect, workers who showed up sometimes at 11, sometimes 12 noon, and left early leaving behind a mess. Therefore, Randy and Jeremy always on time, cleaning up the site, gave us joy by their obvious pride in their work! Thanks to their hard work our house is being turned back into a beautiful home in a beautiful area! We are so thankful for choosing Korfhage, who hire quality, skilled workers like Randy and Jeremy! I highly recommend them, and we will hire them again, we have an unfinished area over the garage that would make a perfect man cave! The next crew to come in will sand and stain, they have to be perfect in order to impress us, Randy and Jeremy have set a high standard!
