Creative Vision installed a beautiful hickory floor in our bedroom. I don't leave too many reviews but I thought this one was warranted. Any job is easy when everything goes perfectly. For me, the real test is when things don't go as planned.When the installers showed up to start putting the floor in it didn't take long to see that there was a problem with the flooring itself. The installers notified me of the issue and suggested I call the owner of the company, Rick. Right away it was clear that Rick was concerned and interested in getting it right. Rick came out to the house and immediately agreed that there was something not right with the materials. Ultimately, what warrants this 5-star review is that from the moment Rick saw that the materials were not right he went into action and dedicated himself to solving the issue. Naturally, it took some time to get a replacement supply of hickory delivered and acclimated. During that time, Rick was in constant communication keeping us up to speed on where he was in dealing with his supplier and setting expectations. This consistent communication is extremely valued when there is a problem on any construction project.Ultimately, Creative Vision delivered a beautiful product. Rick proved to be a great partner. And, a few extras were thrown our way for the inconvenience. I would not hesitate to go with Creative Vision for my future flooring needs.

Creative Vision Flooring was an amazing company to work with. Rick was very easy to deal with and everything he promised us was done to perfection. The guys that installed the floor did a great job and never stopped working. It took them two days to complete the job, which is what we were told and they cleaned up before leaving. GREAT JOB!! ??
Rick Watts' Creative Vision Flooring just did a spectacular job installing new flooring in our kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. His installers arrived just before 9 a.m., went quickly to work, and did not stop even for lunch, finishing the entire project by 4 p.m. Before installing the new flooring, they repaired some hard-to-fix gaps in the current (but very old) flooring. They were courteous, professional, and very careful in all that they did, leaving the newly-floored rooms handsome and spotless. Rick and his team have my unqualified endorsement.
I can't even give a star but it is the only way to post a review. We selected Creative Vision Flooring because it is a local flooring company that has been open for several years; Thinking it was reputable. Our vinyl click in flooring was installed over 3/4 of existing linoleum (home remodel of kitchen, dining room and to include a new spare room that was new construction and sub flooring). We had known a portion of flooring needed to be "self leveled" which was included in the estimate. Our flooring was installed over two days. The first day our smoke detectors on our second floor were set off due to the dull blade. After the second day, we noted a gap in two of the tiles, and three areas of flooring that were not level. An inspection with the owner Rick was specifically requested-he had initially advised that his installers would come back over; after inspection, it was determined that the floor underneath was not level and more self leveling was needed. Floor installers came back, now with an extra young man vs husband and wife duo. See pictures attached-after using a crow bar, the boy broke several of the floor tiles, click in feature. There was a box left over so it was used to "fix" the flooring. We were offered to replace the flooring with a roll out type vinyl. I said no way, and demanded only a 50% refund to which the owner tried to give me a post dated check stating he "didn't agree to refund me right away". After the second fix, we are now left with tiles that are lifted when you step on them and corners lifting because the installers used the broken tiles to "fix" my floor, and a large gap under the front of our refrigerator that has water and ice maker-good bye waterproof vinyl.Rick Watt is a slime. We are now left trying to find someone to sell us the same flooring, remove the entire flooring and start fresh with unbroken tiles. It can be fixed but it is going to cost over $1500. So much for a refund. Thanks Creative Vision for one of the worst floor installs I have ever heard of.
