Steve at Minuteman Floors was extremely professional, courteous , prompt to communicate and competitive. His company delivered everything as promised. The oak flooring he sells is of high quality. We chose the pre-finished option to avoid the sanding and the odors. His crew moved thru the process like a well oiled machine and completed the project ahead of schedule. Loved our service! Started with a non-pressure sales meeting, and the owner was willing to give me rough estimate over the phone before I asked him to come to house for a better estimate. So hard to find companies willing to do that.The installers were on time, pleasant and polite. They got right to work and finished in exactly 3 hrs that they said it would take. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the overall experience. Would definitely recommend Minuteman floors to anyone. Fair price, good service and no hassle.
