We visited Superior Tile almost a year ago to choose a tile for a kitchen remodel coming up. There are so many great floor and backsplash tile choices, and Ray, who is very knowledgeable about all the tile flooring in his store, helped us narrow down our selection and choose one. We have been to other stores before, but we were extremely satisfied with Superior Tile. Our experience with Superior Tile was the best of any tile supplier and contractor we’ve ever dealt with. Their team helped us with a challenging selection process for our new kitchen backsplash, allowing for multiple sample evaluations that expedited our search. Their installation contractor was superb. I really value contractors who show up on time, are prepared for the work and very thorough with final layout, measurements, installation, and clean up. We’ll be sure to go back to Superior and request the same installer for our next tile job.
Went to pick my Kitchen backsplash tile. Ray was very helpful in showing me many options. He did not rush me. Came to my home measured the area, priced out the job and 3 weeks later it was installed. Very pleased and highly recommended
The best tile store in Manchester!We are working on a kitchen reno and I am not a designer so I have had the worst time picking out material especially tile. How do you make a decision on something that you will have for years?Superior Tile was a gold mine. I made a list of all the tile stores in Manchester (after having gone to quite a few in Concord with no luck) and started my Saturday with the intention of going to visit all of them. But, I wasn't even 5 feet into the Superior Tile store and I found multiple options that I loved. That presents a whole other issue because then you have to narrow it down. Ray was fantastic! He was able to make suggestions based on what I was saying and let me take the samples home to narrow it down to my final choice. Then when the floor was not yet installed and I had to pick paint colors, he was great and let me take the store sample again so that I could make that decision. He is so nice and he has a great selection of tile. Stuff that you don't see elsewhere. Well worth the trip!
Great Selection and Advice. Visited Lowe's and Home Depot and didn't see anything I really like and also couldn't find anyone to help me. At Superior Tile there was a much larger selection and I was assisted upon arrival. Once Raymond knew what I was leaning towards he helped me find a few more options. He also gave me a few pointers for installing the tile. The amount of grout and other necessary supplies (except cement board) was all calculated out for me. When I arrived a few days afterwards they even helped load my van.
