You’ll get better quality with a $1/sqft product at the big box stores. As a home builder, we decided to try this product in one of our builds. Steve from the flooring warehouse sold us this flooring and also offered professional installation, so we went with that. Less then a month in and the floorIs failing in multiple places and Steve refuses to stand behind this product or his install, and the warranty they claim comes with this flooring is non-existent. We now have to spend the next year in court trying to recoup the damages this company has caused. Stay far away from this company and their products.
We recently had SPC flooring installed in our kitchen and dining room (soon to be our twins’ bedroom) by The Flooring Warehouse, and we couldn’t be happier. The product and color selection was fantastic. We chose Light Oak, and it looks beautiful. With two toddlers and two boxers running around, the flooring has already proven itself: no scratches, easy to clean, and still looks brand new.The installers were outstanding. They were meticulous with every detail and kept us informed anytime something impacted the installation. They explained the issue, gave us options, and shared their professional recommendation so we could make the best decision. The supervisor even went above and beyond by spending his own time staining trim pieces to perfectly match our kitchen cabinets. The color match was spot on, and the way he installed it made the transition from the new floor to the cabinets seamless. It truly looks like it was always there.Overall, the quality of the product, craftsmanship, and customer service exceeded our expectations. We are so pleased and highly recommend The Flooring Warehouse. A++

I was having a basement remodel done, & we became familiar with SPC Ridged LVP! I Called The Flooring Warehouse & spoke to Steve, on a Friday. He came to our home measured, sent a Quote & our 310SQ FT in our kitchen & 2 baths by Friday, Purchase to Install! The Flooring Warehouse Team 100% courteous, professional & went ABOVE & BEYOND our expectations! I Highly recommend them!
The FLOORING WAREHOUSE was a pleasure to work with! From making sure my wife and I had the exact color we wanted and not letting us settle for "close enough".
