Lots of tiles to choose from, well organized and lots of on sale items. Be careful the lights over the front built samples is bluer than over the tile area. So everything looks yellow and way warmer than it actually is

Nice selection. Staff is helpful and returns are easy. Sometimes their tracking system doesn't have record of your purchase on your phone number though so make sure you bring your receipts back with your returns.
Scam alert!!! Bought tile for a floor here. We had too much and returned it per their policy. I was told I could only have the return on a gift card. Went to use the gift card. Was told it was no longer usable and to call the number on the back for replacement. It clearly says on the card I could call for replacement. I call and they say the card is fine. Go back to the store to use it. I ask for reissue. They say they cannot and if the store cannot use it, then the store needs to call their own help line to figure out how to use it. Wasting just under $180 due to this.
