Jack and his carpet installers did a great job. I had carpet installed in over half of my house, including stairs and four bedrooms. On the day of installation, they realize they were short some carpet. They went and got some carpet to hold us over until the correct carpet arrived. Jack was very easy to work with, and went over and above to make sure I was happy with my carpet. I would highly recommend Premium Carpet.
I recently went through premium carpet and tile I could not ask for a better experience. Jack had tore out all my old carpeting and put in tile. He was kind and professional and really took his time to communicate everything with me and was on time to the T when he said he be there. I highly recommend!
