Before purchasing flooring from this store, I recommend comparing prices with other retailers. The stairs floor we ordered were significantly overpriced, but since we were there we just got them. We were debating between round or squares model. At the end, we specifically chose square stairs, but they delivered round ones instead. When we reached out to address the mistake, the only response we received was, “You should have checked the receipt.” A simple exchange could have resolved the issue and earned them a satisfied customer, but instead, they lost one over something that should have been easy to fix.
