Julie at Flooring 360 did a fantastic job helping me pick out luxury vinyl for my basement. She coordinated delivery and installation for me even though I couldn’t be home when the work was done. She went above and beyond by checking in on the delivery and the installation. Jamie and his crew did a great job with the installation solving a few tricky situations and making it all look perfect! This is the third time I’ve worked with Julie and Flooring 360 and I have been happy with the results each time!

We had to replace our basement carpet after the recent flooding in our home. Julie the sale rep was amazing!!! The minute you met her you knew you had someone with carpet knowledge. I had a sample of our old carpet and she found the perfect color. the warmth it added to our family room was spot on. Ramone and the other installer from Alcaraz carpet did a fantastic job. We will use floor 360 for other projects in our home. Thanks so much.

Our experience with Floor360 was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure working with every single person involved in our staircase project. Across the board the word that comes to mind is accommodation.

Julie, in sales, listened to what I wanted, directed me to the right areas of the store, and let me do my thing at my own pace, checking in now and again to answer questions and to offer her design expertise. Samples were checked out repeatedly and often for an extended period of time with no pressure on me to return until I was confident in my choice. She visited my home at the start and stayed invested in the project until the very end.

Jim, in surging, generously added 3 different colors of surging yarn to 2 personal samples to help me envision what the end product would look like and aid me in making a decision. These requests for a different surge color were completed within hours and I had them back (hand delivered to my house by Julie) the very next day.

Jesse and Steve, the installers, were phenomenal! They made a template of the staircase on a Monday (after waiting for an unexpected paint crew to do their thing first) and were installing the finished product on Friday. And it was perfect!!
They were kind, friendly, professional, efficient, and they definitely knew their stuff. During the template phase, opinions on the best width and pattern distribution were asked for and given, and they fully explained what it would look like when completed. They made sure we were all on the same page prior to any cuts being made. When they finished installation, the work area was left spotless.

I can’t say enough about these 4 people and the company in general. (The carpeting selection alone was amazing!) I would not hesitate to use Floor360 again for any future flooring needs.

I worked with Floor360 to install a custom stair runner in my home and I had a wonderful experience. Steve and Jesse arrived promptly both times they came to my house to template the runner and to install it. On install day, they were courteous, efficient, and made sure the runner was installed perfectly. I appreciated that throughout the install they asked me to come look at it and make sure I was happy with the way the pattern was laying. In one section, we decided to change the way it was laying and although it added time to finish the project, they were patient and ensured me the most important thing was for me to be happy with the end result. Their attention to detail shows in the end product and I couldn’t be happier with how my stair runner came out! I would recommend floor360 to others looking to get a custom, high-end looking stair runner.
