We had 2 rooms that needed new carpeting after our house flooded last August. Not only were we grossly over charged but the carpet was of poor quality with many flaws. Russ agreed and said he would take care of it. But nothing has been done, and now he won't return our phone calls! I would not recommend using them for your flooring needs.
This was our second time having flooring installed by Ron and Russ Flooring. Both experiences have been great. They made the process so easy and were willing to work with different timelines.
