Wondered why their parking lot is always empty whenever I drove by. Gave them a try and set up a phone call for an estimate and never heard back (crickets). Had the work done elsewhere.
Called in and spoke to someone on the phone regarding a brick backsplash. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending when I was just asking a simple question. I wanted to explore my options for different styles and the lady I was speaking with sounded like she was having a really bad day and wasn't up for my questions. If you don't like your job, you can just say that and I'll take my business elsewhere.
We send our clients to Primo Tile knowing they will be in good hands. The staff at Primo take their time and walk our clients through the different selections while keeping them on budget. Very thankful to have Primo Tile helping us with our builds.
We had ceramic tiles installed in our kitchen 19 years ago last month. We had a heating mat installed under the tiles at the same time to warm the floor up (ceramic absorbs body heat, which makes your feet feel cold).Fast forward to Christmas Eve 2023, and our in-floor heating stopped working (cold floor and thermostat displayed nothing and was non responsive). Because nothing other than the thermostat is accessible, I was hoping it was just the thermostat that decided to pack it in and not a break in the heating wire.A quick trip to Primo Tile and Flooring and Gina had me on my way with a new thermostat. I shut the power off, followed the instructions, and likely spent more time trying to stuff the wires back in the box than I did doing anything else. The setup once powered on was very simple.I highly recommend Primo Tile for all your flooring needs. They have a nice showroom and very friendly staff. The thermostat fixed my problem, and I've got toasty feet when walking on the kitchen floor. ??Thank you Gina and Primo Tiles!
