I ordered 1400 sf of oak flooring on thursday afternoon and it was delivered friday by 8:30 am. Sales people were polite and very helpful. Price was surprisingly low. Delivery guy was incredibly friendly and had the wood to the second floor in no time. Can't recommend this company enough.
Floors done by Jeffco and within 5 year warranty are absolute garbage. Popping up all over, product is splitting, and Jeffco refuses to honor the warranty. An inspector came out to look at the floors and weeks later after calling into check on results they didn’t even know said inspector came out. This is unbelievable. I will preach far and wide against this company. We began this charade 4 months ago with Jeffco and multiple employees have left and dropped the ball on this and here we are in December with them telling us they cannot honor THEIR warranty. I have no more words. I will never use this company and I will always steer others away from them.
Great service with lots of nice flooring. AND has very cloaer to what we needed to match, in some unfinished hickory. Very nice! Would've give 5 stars but the prices were a smidge higher than what we found and there is no discount for bulk sizes like we need.
