Best flooring store i have ever been to. Employees were extremely helpful & courteous with my request. I shopped around a bit with Home Depot & Lowes as well as a few other stores l. Milton's prices beat them by a long shot. Definitely will be going here from now on.
Came out and measured arrived 1 hour late.Showed up 4 hours late for install with not enough carpet and one guy to put it in.He said he was not sure he could carry it upstairs.Owner told me I needed to pay them more money as they did not measure right and brought out the wrong amount of carpet.Dropped the ball all around and then asked for more money and wanted to re schedule for install another day.Just inconvenient and non apologetic about the whole thing.Missed a day and half work for no reason.
