A good experience from the start. Barbara was very professional. She has been doing this a while and it is obvious in that she was very helpful in the designing phase as well as patient with us in our decision making process. The installers were professional as well - polite and kind, respectful of our home (kept our property clean), our time, and my concerns-they wanted us to be happy with the work they did and we are.

Modern flooring came to the job site and were very professional. They completed a stair runner that another company did not complete. They worked with me on the time frame on the concept and made it easy to choose them for the job. They have since done multiple floor and stairway carpeting jobs. I would recommend them.
if you want your brand new wood floor to have the absolute worst possible installation please by all means let modern flooring install It. The floor they installed has huge gaps and they attempted to cover it up with some putty stuff Instead of properly repairing it. 10/10 would not recommend. The sales person Shirley is the absolute worst. She said the flooring looks fine and it's going to have gaps because it's a "natural product" and that i "shouldn't be on my hands and knees inspecting it" they have in no way shape or form tried to correct this issue, hence my horrible review. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere for flooring.
We used Modern Flooring to install carpet runners in our home. Michelle Lombardi was an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. Our installer, Mike, did an incredible job. We are very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again!
