When we hired New Orleans Flooring, we didn’t know them, but they had good reviews, and the positive reviews were borne out by my own experience. John & Beverly were responsive and accommodating. I paid half down to get my kitchen floors replaced, and they were able to schedule the work quickly. The workers were knowledgeable and efficient. It turned out that we didn’t need a new subfloor, so we didn’t have to make the second payment because the job ended up being much cheaper than anticipated. I was extremely impressed with their honesty! They actually refunded some money that I had already paid, which I found I incredible! I will definitely contact New Orleans Flooring to replace our den floors in 2026! Highly recommend!
I was not looking forward to searching for the perfect flooring to use in my new house. I was recommended to go to New Orleans Flooring. When I arrived I walked in and Mrs. Beverly was waiting at her desk and was eager to assist me. I had a sample of a product I wanted to use and she immediately walked over and assisted me in finding a similar product that they carried. She explained to me why the product they carried was superior and gave me a few options as far as price points and sizes. She was extremely helpful and made the whole process quick and simple. This was by far the best experience I’ve had searching for any product for my house. I would highly recommend using New Orleans flooring for all of my flooring needs.
