I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. My biggest complaints are:From the start, communication was very poor. I was given a clear start time for the project, but they did not show up until almost 5 hours later than originally expected.During the end of the installation, there was a strong smell of marijuana. This was both unprofessional and embarrassing. Yet after expressing this to Terrell, it happened a second time when they came back to fix issues.Even more concerning, the newly installed floors were visibly damaged before any furniture had been moved back into the room. But since the installers left before I could clean and inspect the floors, I received a text message from Terrell claiming the damage was caused by furniture being moved - even though I still did not move the furniture back yet and the biggest chips in the floor were nowhere near where furniture was supposed to go or where the furniture would have to pass to be put back.I was told I would receive a discount due to the overall experience. The final resolution was $50 off, which does not reflect the inconvenience, missed work hours, or condition of the finished product.Overall, this experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and poorly handled from start to finish. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

We couldn’t be happier with our new floors! The quality and craftsmanship are absolutely stunning. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and Terrell was great…knowledgeable, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

I had a great experience dealing with New Orleans Flooring. Terrell made the entire process easy and seamless - from selection of our new floors to in-home measuring, installation, and follow-up. I must also give a shout out to Eric and Bessie who worked tirelessly (and extremely efficiently) to move the furniture around and do the installation…..it’s exceptional!! I highly recommend a visit to New Orleans Flooring in Elmwood if you’re in the market for new floors!!
