I ordered beautiful RIVA floor from this store and worked with Yao for my very first home renovation. The communication is excellent, delivery was on time, and Yao was super helpful. They have amazing inventories of beautiful floor of all price points, and the price was unbeatable. I feel so lucky to find this store after visiting every single floor store in NYC for months. Its been 6 months since the floor was installed, and I cannot be happier with the quality and beauty of my new floor. My neighbors and my friends all compliment my floor.

Highly recommend going to NY Hardwood floor if you are in the market for hardwood floors. They have a superb selection of hardwood options from common to luxury. By far the widest selection we have seen after shopping around DC and NY for floors.

It’s a place for solid quality wood and great service. We found the shop via Red Note recommendation. Yao and his colleague patiently explained how to assess wood quality and provided us with great options in our price range. We also had a few boxes left over, and they helped arranged for a speedy return & refund for a reasonable fee. Aaron who delivered and picked up our delivery was also awesome!

These Guys are Great! Its hard to find a real good hardwood floor and to have it delivered at an affordable price. I must tell you the team at New York Hardwood Floors & Supplies really helped me out. Frank and Yao really were immensely knowledgeable and very helpful! I needed to get a hardwood floor this summer and time was an issue. I needed it installed so I could back into my apartment before fall. They went out of there way to find the right suppliers who could deliver the BEST product in the least amount of time. I got a special order of Mirage, Solid Maple 3/4 inch wood planks 4.5 wide and they delivered it in a couple of weeks. Mirage is one of the best companies out of Canada and Frank was able to negotiate the best price directly with the company. Two weeks is fast these days.
As a former construction worker, ( back in my 20's) I knew that I was talking to professionals when I went to their showroom. I asked about every floor product out there. They knew every producer and every problem with every floor better than any review site or Consumer Reports.
They are professions in every way. My only regret is I did not buy my kitchen cabinets from them too. No kidding they have the best products on the market. Thanks you for hooking me up guys! I am now in my apartment and I Love My Floors!!!
