The team was Professional, pleasant and incredibly easy to work with they showed up when they said they would communicate clearly throughout the process and kept a reliable timeframe which made everything so much less stressful. After speaking with several other contractors about new flooring in a prewar home and being shocked by the quotes, I reached out to Verrazano and was extremely impressed with their enthusiasm and detailed approach to providing a competitive quote and guidance for the project. I decided to work with them and it was the best decision I could have made. They were ready and available to advise me on how to prep the house ahead of the work, and were very accommodating with their schedule. I was very insistent on working with people who would respect the historical elements and original flooring of the home and they were very careful and respectful of that. They started the project on the exact date and time discussed, and the workers were quick and efficient. However we happened to have scheduled the installation right ahead of a historic snow storm, which meant the workers weren’t able to come to the house to finish up the last two days of work. Frank and his team at Verrazano were incredibly accommodating and sent their team out to wrap up work over the weekend ahead of the storm, and still ended up delivering the project on the original end date. This team is incredibly professional and empathetic to work with, and I will absolutely be working with them again if I ever needed it. And my new floors look gorgeous!

Great honest professionals who advised the necessary and were not trying to add on things that are extra. I had my flood damaged floor redone and everyone else, including the insurance adjuster said to replace all the floor. Verrazano said only one room needed replacement, the others can be sanded and refinished. Glenn gave me an estimate on the spot and Frank honored it 100%. That saved me time and thousands. They are good communicators, punctual and did a nice job cleaning up. Verrazano is an old fashioned business in the best ways and I wish there are more of them are around. Very happy with the work and dealings!
