Victor immediately understood exactly what we were looking for and even recommended design options we hadn’t considered but ended up loving.What really impressed us was their flexibility and professionalism. We asked if they could move the start date up on short notice, and they were incredibly accommodating — not only did they start earlier than planned, they actually finished the job ahead of schedule, which was such a pleasant surprise.The entire team was professional, kind, and extremely hard-working. They took great care of our home throughout the process. Any impact to the house was exactly what you’d expect from replacing railings and spindles — no unexpected damage at all. We ordered all the spindles and railings through them, and they handled everything: picking up materials, tracking inventory, and even going to an additional store when one item was out of stock so the job wouldn’t be delayed.Communication was clear and consistent the entire time, with no hidden costs or surprises. Victor and his team did a phenomenal job transforming the floors in our new home. He provided a quick and fair quote, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. My husband and I purchased a century-old home in Bergen County with 60-year-old carpet that desperately needed to go. Victor’s team removed all the carpet, installed new flooring, sanded and restored the existing wood, and stained everything in a beautiful, elegant coffee-brown finish that truly brought the house back to life.They covered about 2,400 sq. ft. in just five days—an incredibly impressive turnaround. Their professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched. Everything was done on time, and they left our home spotless. The meticulousness and the care they exercised during the prep for the job (taping, sealing off kitchen and back stairs with plastic etc.) showed their value of thecustomer’s experience. It’s been a little over a week since they finished (refinishing existing floors/stairs, installing hardwood to replace carpet in one room and staining for a seamless overall look, and replacing spindles). Every single day when I step out of my room, I’m filled with pure joy seeing how beautiful our wood floors/stairs look. It feels like a new house. Highly recommend them to anyone considering refinishing their floors and/or replacing spindles. It was a top-notch experience from start to finish!!!
