I have been a customer of this establishment for over 30 years. I rely on the good advice that Jorge and Stacy provide for me and my team for all my projects. I have found their advice invaluable, selection of in stock materials vast, their products are quality, their prices very fair, response immediate and delivery flawless. My advice would be to check out their showroom located in a pleasant neighborhood within the Ironbound section of Newark or give them a call before you commit to a big box store or another establishment.
Superb customer service even for small order retail needs. I just needed a couple of outdated tiles, so this place wasn’t on the first store I went. But after searching though 3 other shops, I found what I needed here. Even though it was only a sale of a few dollars, I was treated with respect and efficiency. Will definitely come back if future needs arise.
They have a great selection of tile at different price points. The staff is helpful and friendly. They let you look around the store in peace and they are quick to offer assistance when needed. I bought all the tile for my master bath here. Quick tip there's street parking around the corner.
