I would put a zero if I could. We had tile installed in our living room and had went through Lowe’s. They had Midwest flooring contracted for installation. The tile work is absolutely amazing, their customer service is a different story. We have 4 doorways that lead to carpet. 2 of those were already damaged by our dogs so I understand why they were left alone. However the other two weren’t damaged beforehand and were left like this (see pictures). I first contacted Lowe’s and they said there was nothing they were going to do. So I contacted Midwest flooring directly. I have left voicemails and have emailed with these pictures and have gotten no response. I guess they’re perfectly ok leaving a job looking like crap. I would try to tuck the carpet myself but they didn’t leave the tack strip either. I was even willing to pay to have them come back out and fix it. The sad part is this is my first house and the first time we had someone else install anything. I do not recommend them to anyone and will never use them again. They’re perfectly ok leaving someone house looking unfinished.

We had such a great experience with Midwest Flooring! We were in a rush to get new carpet installed so we could get things going with our move. They were so friendly, prompt and professional. They worked with us to get our carpet in and exceeded our expectations! The installers were professional and did a great job. Highly recommend.

They did a terrible job. They have sent someone out to fix the bad work that was originally done and they showed up without the materials and not knowing what to do. They made a complete mess, including using my butcher block Island to cut materials on and damage that as well. I would never use this company for any type of flooring. They’ve sent out three different supervisors attempt to make corrections on a very small project and cannot get it right. I had attached a few pictures showing where they put plastic cord around where it should’ve been stained oak. They even had me go down to the store pick out the stain verify the trim and they showed up to correct it, but didn’t bring any materials. I can’t believe anybody could be satisfied with their work. They’ve had six months to try to make fix their mistakes. They are so unprofessional so together all I can say is stay clear!

Midwest installed the carpet on the 2nd floor of our home, as well as a runner down our stairs. The guys were very quick, knowledgeable & made everything look amazing! Putting a runner on stairs takes some skills & these guys made it look easy. It turned out beautiful. Very thankful for their service & professionalism.

We booked through Lowe's. Tommy & Gilbert were outstanding. They worked non-stop for 3 days and I'm left with a beautiful floor. They were friendly, courteous and accommodating. The fact they swept up before leaving was the cherry on top. I was dreading the install and they made it so much better than I was anticipating. I would recommend them to anyone who will listen. :)
