I have used Quality Floors on at least three different projects. Each time they have provided prompt service, amazing workmanship, and affordability. They have refinished floors in two different houses and the final results looked better than I imagined. They corrected mistakes in the original floor and worked hard to get rid of deep stains. When completed you couldn’t tell where there had been a stain. In one house I used them to clean and polish the entire house and the floors looked brand new. Not only is there craftsmanship outstanding they were affordable and cleaned up all mess. Will definitely be using them when the need arises.
Quality Floor Company came to my rescue after another flooring company quit. The other company was not installing the flooring properly and didn't like having to do things correctly so they took off after only installing one room with hardwood flooring. I called the owner of Quality Floor soon after that and they were able to come out relatively quickly to see the project and then get me an estimate to complete the work. The owner isn't some dude who watched a video one time about how to install hardwood floors and then started a flooring company, but is someone who deeply understands flooring and how to install it correctly so it will last the life of the home. I didn't have to ask him many questions because he was making sure I understood what they were going to do from the start. He also would call/text me almost daily with updates about the project. They finished everything in a reasonable amount of time and my floors look great. I wish I had gone with them first.
