Customer feedback highlights value pricing and the ability to find discounted or in-stock flooring. Several reviews mention concerns with communication and follow-through when working with associated installers or contacts. Some customers report product or installation issues and difficulty resolving them. Positive notes center on deals and quick availability, while experiences with service consistency are mixed.

We found some flooring at deep discount price and save $$. Highly recommend!

Meagan Coldwater on The Floor Trader Oklahoma City

We bought and installed LVP flooring less than a year ago. The floor is chipping, cracking and coming up in the corners. We were told multiple times when we were buying the flooring that it was covered by warranty. I specifically asked multiple times if it matters that we were installing it. We were told over and over that even if we did it wrong it would still be covered. Less than one year and the floor already needs replaced in spots. We were also told that we didn’t need to put anything between the subfloor and LVP. Floor trader came out to look, took some pictures and a piece of the flooring and basically said it was our fault and there was nothing they could do. He also said that the way subfloor moves that it is inevitable that it will eventually cause it to crack and break. We have not had it a year and that’s already happening. He said we should have put something under it to help with that. Again we were told not to put anything under it. We love the look of the floor but when we installed it we felt like the quality was not great. It’s frustrating that everything we were told has led to us needing to replace our floor in less than one year of having it. It’s click together so there’s no way to just replace individual boards. It’s also throughout our entire house, so it was a large amount of flooring we purchased. Very disappointed and will never shop there again.

**Review for Eric Leek**

I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with Eric Leek. There have been numerous occasions where Eric has left us hanging on jobs, putting us in difficult situations with our customers. He consistently fails to follow through on his promises, is habitually late, and rarely answers his phone. Every interaction feels like a side deal, lacking any sense of professionalism or reliability.

Most recently, we were coordinating a job for the Head District Attorney of Oklahoma County. We had a date set for Eric’s crew to come out and complete the work, but they never showed up. Despite repeated attempts to reach Eric, he did not respond until a week later, leaving us scrambling to explain the situation to our client. This level of communication is completely unacceptable.

My father, who is the owner of our company, had a meeting with Eric just an hour ago to address these ongoing issues. Rather than accepting feedback or taking responsibility, Eric stormed off in the middle of the conversation, displaying a level of disrespect that was shocking and unprofessional. He seems completely unable to accept criticism or accountability for his actions.

In another instance, I was managing a project for an apartment complex and needed a quote for 20,000 sq ft of vinyl flooring. I reached out to Eric, but ultimately decided to go with another supplier because I simply did not trust him to deliver on communication or warranty work.

It’s extremely unfortunate how Eric chooses to conduct business. I would not recommend working with him if you value reliability, communication, and professionalism.

If you’re looking to trade out your old floor for an upgraded floor floor traders a place to go! I’ll tell you what I had probably a 30 year old floor and I traded up to a new model for only pennies on the dollar next time you’re in Oklahoma go see the floor traders

I have no problem with the store or staff itself, but I have been having an awful time dealing with the contractor that the store sent, that did this to our fireplace. I have been waiting 2 weeks to have this completely redone, and when I finally get ahold of the guy, after having to call the store repeated times, tells me he can be here on Tuesday. That's great, and they ask if anyone will be home. I say Yes, I will gladly take off work so we can finally get this done. Well, Tuesday is here and its 2:00, and after calling the store a couple times and sending messages to the contractor, I finally get a call back and he says he will be here at 5:30. So not only did I miss work, I also get to miss my sons basketball game.
