We had a very good experience at Kelley's. Teresa Grant was helpful in helping us pick out some samples that were in the realm of whaat we were looking for. She was helpful but not pushy which we appreciate. The installers (Symmonds) were very good. We had them on another install by Kelley's and requested them again as they did a super job. We will definitely do business again with Kelley's carpet in the future.
Lisa was great to work with, gave me options in mulitple price ranges. She was able to get me samples of the flooring I was looking at which helped a lot making my decision. I highly recommend working with her.
We had our entire main floor surface replaced. Our sales guide was Becky Athey. I highly recommend her. She was patient with me and answered my questions. Hard surfaces and carpet were involved. A set of steps as well. Kitchen. Dining room. Bathroom. Living room. Hallway. Three bedrooms. We are both very happy with results. Very happy. The installation crews were terrific as well. At my age, I’ll likely not need floors again, but if I did, I would go back to Kelly’s in a heartbeat.
Nick in DIY section was top notch. We bought a carpet remnant on 12-27, and he helped set up a installer. Come 1-3 when installer was supposed to be at house he was a no show and no answer on phone. Called Nick, he said let me check into it. Within a half hour or less Nick called back that he had a new crew coming to do install.Pedro and helper showed up and did a fantastic job of laying carpet in basement.
When we was shopping there, I made it clear we were in the market for Mohawk carp only. I did ask also confirming that all those rolls were Mohawk and you said they were. After getting home with the sample I noticed it was limp and flaking specks from the back. After simply scratching the back a few minutes with my finger it was just literally coming apart.I did also research the name to find out it wasn’t even Mohawk carpet but instead just cheap garbage carpet that engineered floors made. As a business, or owner, I wouldn’t not even sell this as it will only hurt your reputation as well as you are using cheap carpet at an insane price to make your sells in the form of I’m giving you a deal.By no means this is a deal, NFM sells dreamweaver carpet for half that price and I’d still not choose it.Sorry, but we are out and will be sticking with our Shaw quote from NFM.12/15 That was a brand new sample and simply scratching the backside of it with my finger it just easily flaked off with the netting coming loose as well. My picture shows it and there is nothing more to prove it’s not quality carpet. If I wanted cheap carpet at a $5+ price then that’s on me, I specifically asked for Mohawk carpet. The Shaw samples I got from NFM did not flake off at all just simply scratching with your finger.
