DO NOT BUY FROM lumber liqidators, they will not back their product even if its defective. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A VETERAN. We are getting royally screwed due to a major manufacturing issue with the laminate planks we purchased. We purchased 1200 s/f of laminate planks for our basement. Our installer has been installing this for 40 years plus. He showed us that the planks have a flaw that does not allow them to snap together to lay flat. We took a sample to the Omaha store and talked to 2 different store managers who confirmed that they were in fact defective. We then had to ship an unopened box back to headquarters. After almost a month they now came back to tell us that there is nothing wrong with the floor and they will not exchange the boxes nor take them back without a 25% restocking fee. BUYER BEWARE

Go somewhere else, the installers have no craftsmanship. they didn't measure properly, I have transitions of different widths, there's holes where trim doesn't cover. The stair nose and flooring are not the same color or finish. There's large gaps between the stair tread and the riser. They left glue and putty residue everywhere. Dented my floor with their dropped tools. They refuse to do anything about it because its...NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
