We had new laminate flooring installed by Smart Carpet. We have used them before for carpet with excellent results. Everything went smoothly and professionally. Marcelino and Fabian Chavez were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining everything and performed a very professional installation.Update-We had Smart Carpet back to install carpet in our family room. Javier Barragan did an excellent job explaining everything and they did an excellent job.
I had a dreadful experience at this carpet store. The salespeople appeared utterly uninformed about their products and seemed to lack any knowledge of their field. It was incredibly frustrating to seek helpful information or guidance. To make matters worse, their prices are exorbitantly high compared to other stores like Nebraska Furniture Mart, where you can find better options at a significantly lower cost. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

I can't say enough good things about Smart Carpet & Flooring. From the carpet measurer-Ian to Maria in the office to the 2 gentleman that installed our carpet, everything went above expectations. The price was phenomenal for the carpet I wanted; they beat everyone I had shopped at. The installers were careful with our furniture and did an amazing job on the install and cleanup afterwards. Highly recommend!!!
