TJ was great to work with. Very friendly, patient and helpful. I had a hard time deciding on backsplash and shower tile. I was a frequent visitor trying to figure it all out. TJ was always patient and helpful. He went above and beyond when we got our backsplash tile delivered and I realized the color did not work. We on had a a few days to figure it out without delaying the build, so he scoured the store to find tile that was in stock locally. He even drove to a warehouse house to find some tile samples and they ended up working perfectly! Picking out finishes can be so overwhelming, but he’s got a great eye for color and helped make it easier.
By far the worst Customer Service I have ever received. I purchased flooring for my house years ago and it is beautiful. However I had a vent break (no big deal) my wife called to get a replacement and instead of taking down her information they just used our flooring company's information and never called us. For 2 years it sat there and I went to pick it up and TJ told me it would be in the office when I arrived, weird TJ said he forgot to pick it up and I had to then go to the warehouse to pick up the piece. Got it took it home and it is warped (probably because it sat for 2 years). So I took it back and asked what we need to do. Again TJ said to get me a spare piece of the flooring and he would have it made again. Went back home then back in to TJ and dropped off the vent and the piece of flooring with him and he told me he would call me when it was ready. Again nothing from TJ ever I called today which it has been about 3 months or more since I dropped this piece off and eventually got to TJ and he said it was ready for pickup. I asked why he didn't call, and again he had my contact as the installer and didn't have my information. I dropped it off with TJ he took my name and number down to call me and he dropped the ball and never changed it in the system. They may be a great company to deal with but TJ is lacking on all areas of customer service.
My wife and I went through The Floor Club for our home build and worked with TJ. He is absolutely fantastic. The suggestions he made and the time he spent with us was so incredibly helpful. For all of your flooring and backsplash needs, don't even think of going anywhere else but The Floor Club and work with TJ. You will be very happy you did.
