I hired All Flooring USA to do a tile job in my bathroom. As someone who can do the work himself and had other options, I am so incredibly glad I chose these guys. Mario is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a great job walking me through the process and chose the perfect tiles and mosaics - I am blown away by how good it looks. Jose did impeccable work and the price was very fair. Highly recommend this store!
I used All Flooring USA in my previous home and they did a beautiful job. We now needed to downsized. Our new home was in despret need of new floors. So, I called All Flooring USA back and they again did a great job. I was then convinced my kitchen needed some attention as well. Mario designed the kitchen and Jose R (installer) made it happen. He did an amazing and absolutely beautiful job. Now my kitchen is the center of attention in my home. I get so many compliments! I absolutely love it! No regrets!

It’s only day one, installation was just completed but it was such a good experience thus far I couldn’t let the day pass without leaving this review. Our experience with all flooring was exceptional from our first day in the store to after our installation. Jose at the Narcoossee store provided excellent customer service, even calling on the morning of to ensure everything was good. While in the store there was also another gentlemen (didn’t get his name) but so pleasant and knowledge. He provided me quite a bit of insight about backsplash and cabinets. Clearly well versed.Sergio came in to take measurements and even return after the job was done to quality check. The guys that did the job were all pleasant, asked questions and made recommendations. We did our entire upstairs and those guys were completed in no time!! It was truly an all around great experience.Thanks to the team!!Check them out they actually have samples on the floor thought that was a nice touch!!
Mario's kindness, professionalism, and clear love for his job have been evident from the moment I called the company to schedule a consultation. Mario listened to what I was hoping to have done, we made an appointment, and when he and one of his contractors arrived, Mario brought the most perfect sample of flooring. Mario allowed my husband and I to keep the flooring sample for the night so we could see it in different areas of our house and different lighting. He had other options with him, but that first one that he had picked out based on what I described over the phone was the clear winner, and was what we decided to purchase and have installed in our stairs and our upstairs foyer.The job was done beautifully and I am so pleased! It looks classy, expensive, elegant, yet we also have the benefit of knowing that it is durable and will last us for years to come.While Mario was here for the appointment to discuss floors, we also talked about other areas in the house that I would like to renovate. Fast forward two weeks and the master bathroom shower (that has been the literal bane of my existence for almost ten years) is now beautiful, completely renovated and customized. I had a vision in my head and Mario was able to bring it to life.Jose did an absolutely beautiful job on our master bathroom floor and shower. The tile work is incredible, and I truly appreciate his attention to detail. He was kind, punctual, kept us informed about the job, and worked so hard. We truly enjoyed having him in our home!I cannot express enough how genuine of a person Mario is and has been through every step of this process. He has been patient, encouraging, and extremely hard-working.
