Reviews often note helpful guidance from staff, with several customers calling out prompt measurements, clear quotes, and projects completed on schedule. Multiple reviewers specifically mention working with a staff member named Kenny for knowledgeable advice and coordination. There are also critical reviews citing workmanship disputes and communication challenges on some jobs, including concerns raised about installation details. Overall sentiment is positive but mixed by project.
I want to tell about my experience with Mr Kenny. First he came to our house so we could see how the carpet looks in each of the rooms. We have lots of books and etc, so we arranged for him to measure all 3 rooms and then we ordered and installed each room separately. The installers showed up on time and did a great job before and after.I do not hesitate to recommend both All Flooring USA and Mr. Kenny specifically. He was very helpful and very courteous.
My four projects and experiences with All Flooring have been exceptional. From the excellent and professional services by Mr. Kenny, to the outstanding qualities and installations of each project installer. Mr. Kenny's advice and expertise were instrumental in the outstanding results of all four projects. He truly set the high standards for customer's services, for customer's satisfactions, and for All Flooring. I would highly recommend this company.
We checked out All Flooring USA because my sister used them years ago and highly recommended them. Upon wandering into the store to check out flooring, my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Kenny who is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and downright amazing. He was at our home less than 30 mins later to measure the area for a quote - which we got later that same evening and booked the job. The job was a pretty large area and I told him it was extremely important that the floors were done before the week of Thanksgiving and he assured me that was no problem. They started work the following week and wrapped up the job in 10 days - the week before Thanksgiving true to their word. The installer, Gabriel, and his partner are equally amazing people - very professional, trustworthy, and respectful. Gabriel communicated with us every step of the way and went out of his way to make sure things were done to our satisfaction. Kenny checked in with my husband frequently to ensure all was well and made it a point to stop by every few days during the job to monitor progress. From demo to installation to cleanup I was impressed with All Flooring USA. My new tile floors came out fantastic! I highly recommend this veteran owned company to anyone. Their prices are fair and they certainly autograph their work with excellence.
Have floors replaced in all rooms of a house with hardwood flooring. Four years later water damage appeared in three rooms. Had two flooring companies with over forty years of experience looks at the floors and they indicated the damage was from the lack of a moisture barrier on the concrete slab.. The insurance company came out and inspected the floor and then had a water leak detection engineer inspect the damage and his conclusion was the issue was moisture damage coming from the slab as a result of the lack of the installation of a moisture barrier. All Flooring came out and said they were not responsible since the water was coming in from the exterior walls which is interesting since some of the damage was not by a wall. Yes we had some cracking on the outside walls but three professional painting companies indicated the existing cracks were not large enough to cause interior water damage. This company is a veteran owned company which is one reason we went with them since I am a veteran. The company absolutely refuses to do anything in regards to any type of compensation. I gave the review one star only because I had to select one star.
I dealt with this company between 11/2017 and 01/2018, and the combination of poor workmanship and even worse customer service proved so frustrating that I actually ended up firing them as we entered the 3rd month of my 2-week project (that's not a typo, you read that correctly) even though I had already paid them $16,980. It then cost me an additional $5,000 to have a second flooring company re-do my staircase and make numerous repairs to my brand new floor.I could write a book about the many things that made this a horrible experience; the concrete slab that was never leveled, numerous gaps between the floorboards, broken baseboards they tried to hide from me, T-moldings that were the wrong color/material, cigarette butts left all around my property; the list truly goes on. But these reviews have character limits and so I'll focus on the worst part of it all: my staircase. On what was literally the day after my project was "completed", the wood on my stairs began to come undone. Another contractor nearly fell down my stairs when the wood broke apart underneath his foot. All Flooring USA offers a "lifetime guarantee" on their installations, but I got the runaround for two weeks as I tried to get this problem addressed. I ultimately had to resort to emailing the owner, Hector, and threatening to dispute the credit card charges. Only then did they have time for me.Hector came out to inspect the project himself and agreed that the entire staircase needed to be redone. They sent a new installer to begin making repairs but he left the staircase in worse condition than he found it. He spent all day ripping apart 3 steps and then told me he didn't have the necessary materials to make the repairs. Although they promised to re-do the entire staircase from scratch, he apparently had been tasked with trying to reuse all the same wood. Since the wood was all glued down, this proved impossible (you'd think flooring professionals would've already known this beforehand).I spent the next month communicating my expectations to Sam, the store manager, as we waited for the new materials. The project had been a nightmare up to this point but I remained optimistic because Sam seemed to agree with every issue I brought up. In the end I realized that this is just their way of operating; they say "yes" to everything regardless of their actual ability to deliver on their promises. On the scheduled start date for repairs nobody showed up or called to reschedule (the 3rd time throughout the project they pulled a no call/no show on me). I was furious and let Sam know that, especially since he had confirmed on Friday afternoon that work would begin on Monday morning. He basically told me he has no idea where his workers are at any given time and can't be expected to know this information (reminder: he's the manager). He also told me that with this being construction work, any dates he gives me are just approximations. What?! While I can understand that other projects can take longer than expected, causing dates to have to be shifted around, I don't understand why nobody can call to reschedule an appointment when they realize this is the case. Instead they just don't show up (even after confirming with you) and then get mad at you for being annoyed by this.I spent the next two days talking with both Sam and the installer who was supposed to be at my house. They just blamed each other and gave me differing timelines for the repairs. At this point I couldn't take the nonsense any longer and decided to cut my losses. I asked for a partial refund and was denied based on the fact that they were providing materials. So I asked for my materials, at which point Sam stopped communicating with me. I had to send several emails over two days and once again lean on the possibility of disputing the credit card charges. Sam never got back to me but I received an immediate phone call from the installation manager, Fred, who dropped off the materials later that day.
