Worked with the sales manager Gabriel, at first we were extremely new to flooring and he was the most knowledgeable person we spoke to while shopping for floors around Orlando. The prices were amazing and almost as good as the customer service. Definitely would recommend this fine young man to anyone looking for flooring and will 100% be back in the future!

We have been so pleased with the service and workmanship of our flooring project completed by Carr's Flooring America. From the time we entered the shop Ryan and Brandon proved their knowledge and professionalism by sharing install suggests and recommending a variety of tile distributors for us to consider other than what they offered in the store.Our project included demoing 1800 sq ft of rotted wooden floor and installing large tile. Kevin's demo team was efficient and tidy. He was also a great communicator texting me with updates throughout the process. Chris and the install team continued the superior service and even completed the install in half as many days as we had planned.
