We had a more than horrible experience dealing with Dragona and id never recommend them to anyone. We ordered closet doors from them. They helped order and that part was pleasant,and i gave them the size of the space and they were helpful. But the doors dropped down almost 2 inches ,and they didnt take this into account. They ended up being too long, wouldnt take them back which i dealt with, so my contractor made tracks in my flooring to fit this, and i was fine with dealing with that, until , they started hanging them all up, and they all fell apart.Literally overnight all of them were disconnecting which is a manufacturing issue. We called dragona and they argued with us that NO MATTER WHAT..NO REFUNDS NO RETURNS. These were faulty, and they were not even acknowleging there is a warranty and were saying that it didnt matter, they were falling apart they werent going to reorder or give any $ back!If they wouldnt have been so rude and said" oh no, thats terrible, please come back in and we can reorder" that would have been fine, and we might have, but they immediately jumped to" no you dont get money back, and no returns??"At that point we then decided to get our money back, because of their attitude ,and lack of trust in the product too, but no matter what there is a warranty( youd hope) and the manufacturer just has to issue the refund, and the manager made us jump through hoops to call him as well as manufacturer ,more than once ,was vaugue on the phone, had to make multiple calls to dragona to get answers, wouldnt come to get the very heavy doors (my contractor had to bring them in)as well as made us wait for answers, over and over. We had to make phone calls to the manufacturer and we became the middle man, where this should have been their job. The manufacturer asked why we were even calling them..Dragona customer service sucks, and Id NEVER tell anyone to shop with them for anything, ever again. Buyer beware.
I would avoid this place at all costs. They are rude. They have zero customer service skills. Extremely unhelpful. Everyone has an attitude. Well worth it to spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere where there is real help without attitude
