We shopped around at 6 different flooring stores and decided to go with GC. And we're very happy we did. They had excellent quality products at competitive prices. Morgan went above and beyond showing us different LVP products that met our designs and budget. He was patient and not at all pushy. He made sure we were happy before picking our flooring.Later, we had a little bit of issues with our flooring contractor (not GC flooring) and Morgan and the team were happy to come inspect and problem solve. To clarify, the issues arose because of our installers and not because of the product or GC flooring. So they had no reason to help other than to make sure we were happy. With their help the floors turned out great. 5 stars and would highly recommend.
Just moved into our new home. We had the existing damaged hardwood floor replaced with luxury vinyl plank. Paul at GC Flooring provided us with excellent advice to choose the right floor and followed through to the end on the installation process. He also helped us with the process and coordination of the railing replacement to match the new floor. The installation crue was professional and detailed to ensure the best result. Vivian and her team did a beautiful job on my floor, both on the second floor, and in the basement. They put waterproof vinyl in place of the carpet that was there. They also installed a banister going into the basement that matches the existing banister going up to the second floor. There was a slight gap between the carpet and the flooring on the second floor and Vivian had it corrected to look good cosmetically before I even asked. They arrived on time and finished as scheduled. They encountered a cement wall when running the banister down to the basement and stopped as they did not have a proper anchor for cement. They came back within 24 hours to finish the job. I am happy with the work that they did.

GC Flooring's pricing maybe premium, but it is a worthwhile investment for the superior quality delivered.
