I am very disappointed on the flooring material. It didn’t match with the sample we choose with the salesperson. I was not told about the cancellation fee. So be aware! Take pictures of what you choose on the day with your salesperson! I regret for not doing and reading the contract. I regret trusting the company. We worked with Floors USA in King of Prussia to install Wickham maple hardwood throughout multiple levels of our home, and we are very pleased with the outcome of the project. The sales associate we worked with in the showroom was very knowledgable, providing us with detailed information about the available products and pricing, and we appreciated the low pressure, no hype atmosphere in the showroom. Installation was professionally done in a reasonable timeframe. Overall, we had a good experience working with Floors USA and happily recommend them to others!
I had the pleasure of working with Floors USA a second time ( yes they were so good I used them for project number 2!). The second project was huge and involved taking up the hardwood throughout my first floor area and subsequently replacing with beautiful Brazilian oak. When I tell you they were amazing it’s an understatement!! The attention to detail, craftsmanship, professional demeanor, cleanliness and precision laying of the planks was perfect. I can’t recommend this company enough. Natalie is like family because she took care of me from selection to project completion. Don’t look further. This is the company that will get the job done and exceed your expectations!!!
I had a great experience purchasing a custom-cut and bound carpet from FloorsUSA. From the in-store sales team to the measuring specialist who came to my home, and the delivery crew, the entire process was seamless and efficient. Everyone was friendly, and we’re really happy with our rug. Highly recommend!
At settlement for my new house I realized the existing carpets were disgusting and I wanted it redone before my move in date. They had a low pressure sales process and the production team accommodated my very tight timeline. Installers were on time, friendly, and cleaned up well. They did a great job and worked tirelessly. Prices are fair for quality.
