I only needed a piece of stair nose to complete my LVP floor project Rustin's customer service was exceptional. He had the piece brought up to a closer location to me the next day. He gave me installation advice for my project, even though i hadn't bought the flooring from him.The customer service I received was as if i had spent thousands of dollars, when all I bought was a $70 piece of trim. It says a lot when the service is that good for something so small and insignificant. I will surely use them in the future for flooring needs
I ordered online. They were fantastic. I started with their online chat, they answered about 50 questions for me from install to flooring options, etc. Then, there was a problem with shipping (a third party) Rustin, stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of. Super professional, super responsive, and very trustworthy. That's why we all love Amazon, we know that if there is something wrong, they'll take care of it. That's what these guys will do. I will definitely buy from them for my next project
