Jeff was able to match the wood flooring in my upstairs to the wood flooring project in my basement. They were reasonably priced and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Excellent company, all questions were answered to our satisfaction before installation. Pricing was competitive with other companies and the measurements were very accurate. We had to replace 1000 sf of engineered flooring and it was removed and replaced in two days which minimized disruption in our home. We are extremely happy with our new floors and the entire process.

We have had multiple great experiences with this small, local company. They put in a beautiful Hickory wood floor in our dining room and helped us select a comfortable carpet that was also stain resistant for our family room. When we had a leak in our basement that required jackhammering the perimeter, they redid our tile entry and half bath, matching the wood trim that had been damaged, and redid the carpet and stairs. The carpet is always pulled tight and they do a great job of shifting furniture safely to get the floor coverings installed. When we remodeled our a new house, their quote for the same products were significantly less expensive than the other quotes, allowing us to opt for premium carpets and vinyl flooring. Kathy helped us select a vinyl flooring that matches the existing solid wood stair treads since we could not put hardwood done on concrete in the basement. We had some Hickory left over from the prior house, and they were able to match it so we could do a home office with it. They were flexible in holding parts of the order and working around our contractor's schedule as we did not want the stair runners installed until after the bulk of construction was done. When an area of trim had not been installled ideally to accommodate bifold doors hiding the furnace, the owner Jeff came back and fixed it himself. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International.
My husband and I are thrilled with the work Floor Coverings International did in our basement! Our floor was definitely not easy to work with, and was quite sloped with uneven concrete on the perimeter and a drain in the middle of the floor. Kathy P. came out and met with us in person to look over the project and guide us through our options. We went with a waterproof vinyl plank that could be molded to fit the insane slope we were dealing with. The crew that came out to work on the install was exemplary. They put in long hours to finish the job in one day and left the place clean and spotless when they were done. Kathy P. then came out the next day to make sure my husband and I were happy with the install. They did all of this within just a few weeks, and finished up before the holiday! If my husband and I have any other flooring needs, we'll definitely go with this branch again.
