We experienced a pipe burst in our kitchen that resulted in total floor damage and subsequent removal. Long story short, the happy ending was Molyneaux installed a new ceramic checkerboard kitchen floor that looks amazing. They were easy to work with, scheduled us quickly, and the floor was installed with no problems. We would hire them again!Thanks!
We bought a house and redid the inside living areas. I was looking for carpet but couldn't find anything I liked. If I liked the color, I didn't like the feel. We decided to call and schedule an appointment. When I spoke with Megan over the phone, I told her the truth, I have been looking but not finding anything and I didn't know if they would have something I would like. Megan asked a few questions about what I was looking for so she can pick out some "samples" and bring them to the house for us to look at. We ended up finding 2 carpets so one room is night phantom, and the other rooms and steps are done in the woodgrain carpet. Woodgrain is a 2 tone brown and grey. We also decided to go with Molyneaux for the hallway, kitchen and pantry floor and the backsplash for the kitchen. We have an old old house, and things are not straight or level. We had some issues with our floor being so uneven and even had some bumps, but the Molyneaux team got a game plan and executed it so now you don't notice the uneven areas. Any questions, concerns or issues I would call Megan and she address's them and kept me updated on some that she had to look into. When we decided we needed replace the carpets in the house we were selling I didn't even hesitate to call Megan and ask her to come out again. We put Pathfinder in for all the upstairs areas and the steps. I have recommended Megan and Molyneaux to a couple of friends already that will be getting things done.
We love our new carpet! Michael was very helpful and easy to work with. He helped us purchase carpet on two occasions and navigate a warranty claim due to a manufacturing flaw. The installers communicated well and did a great job. We were impressed with how quickly they got it done and put everything back where it belonged.
First off The Design Consultant i delt with was David Handyside.Such a great guy,he explain everything well and what are my options!And for such a good price.after meeting with 3 different Designers,it was easy for me to decide who to pick! I pick Molyneaux Home!Then Marco who installed the Carpet was a breeze to talk too.he went above n beyond for my carpet..since I pick a carpet that is thick my door had to be cut with no xtra cost..he ask if it was OK for him to do that.of coured I said yes.Second he cut a couple small pieces to glue on for my 2 step, for free!! wow! I dont know if everyone does that..I was so thankful for him for doing that..he also communicate well.when they leave and what time they are arriving.I would recommend molyneaux home to my family n friend and Marco who installed my Carpet...10/10!!
