Love my entire flooring project! Maura & Nolan came to my house and brought carpeting, hardwood and ceramic for my entire house project. Maura was very helpful in walking me through all of the samples and helped me decide what best flooring options work for my house. Nolan was very thorough in talking me through the entire process of the different installations. They were both fantastic and I truly love everything about the hardwood for my 1st and 2nd floor of my home, ceramic in my bathrooms and the patterned carpet for my stairs. Would recommend Molyneaux to anyone looking for a new flooring project.
Hello Nolan. Thank you for bringing multiple samples of carpet, porcelain tile and countertops to our home. Cheryl and I are very pleased with the results of all the different installations. The porcelain floor was done to perfection by Johnny. Dom and Mitch made the cabinets perfectly level with the subtop they constructed for the granite countertop. Vangura provided a spectacular countertop that does what we hoped for, draws your attention, and keeps it because of its stunning beauty. Unexpectedly, the faucet is the same tone of stainless and the same diameter as the handles on our new Cafe' appliances. What a pleasant surprise it was that they complimented each other so exactly. Dennis did a perfect installation of the sink and faucet. We are so happy with the choice of a quartz sink over a stainless one. Dom and Mitch came through again with the trim to hide the subtop and shims. They are true pros. Three crews installed the carpeting. Alfonso and his crew did the living room, dining room, family room, and basement steps. Dave and Brandon did the second floor hall and the two small bedrooms. Jeremy and his crew did the master bedroom. All the flooring is perfection. Over the course of this project, we have had multiple communications with Vaughn, Josh, Kim, and Yvette at Molyneaux, and DeLee and Karen at Vangura. Everyone was a great help, which resulted in this outcome. Thank you for setting this up for us and helping us with our selections. We are very happy with everything. This was our second project with Molyneaux, and it was outstanding. Jenn Skeels in particular was so great to work with. She made everything so easy for us, and her suggestions and recommendations were spot on. We will 100% be reaching out to her again for our next project.
We just got all new flooring throughout our new house and the experience we had with Molyneaux was outstanding!! Cindy Benson was the design consultant that we worked with and she was GREAT!! We knew nothing about flooring and heard some bad experiences with the "big box" stores so we wanted to have the flooring installed correctly the first time. We are very happy with our decision to go with Molyneaux. Cindy spent a lot of time with us finding out what we wanted and where we were going to have it installed and made sure that the flooring matched the walls and kitchen cabinets. She came to our house multiple times, as we had our bathroom floors done a few months after the rest of the house. She came when it was good with our schedule and made the whole process of choosing flooring very easy. The installers were very professional and we trusted their knowledge. They actually gave us suggestions that I don't think other companies would have noticed. We also bought an area rug for our living room and they were able to do that for us and it looks great! This was a huge project and my wife and I are very pleased with the results. I just used Molyneaux for the first time and had a great experience. Cindy Benson was excellent to work with and really took time to bring samples to my house and give suggestions. She kept me up to date on the progress of the installation and everything went to plan, as expected. Install crew were great and made sure everything was done right. Its also a good feeling that this company stands by their work in case there is an issue. Would definitely recommend using them for all of your flooring needs. Very professional from start to finish.
