Paul White installed kitchen and bathroom flooring for us two years ago and when the time came to replace upstairs carpeting, we knew who to call. Traci and Tim are great to work with, friendly and responsive, and they know how to bring a project to completion. I can’t say enough about the fantastic crew who did the installation. Every one of them was on time, polite, and professional. They were knowledgeable and experienced, I didn’t have one worry about how the finished product would look. And it looks simply beautiful. I won’t hesitate to contact Paul White for any future projects we have.
I worked with Eliot once as a designer for a client and once for my own home, and both times were fantastic experiences! I had the pleasure of having Mark install a runner in my own home and his attention to detail and pride in his work was incredible and appreciated. So happy with both of my experiences at Paul White!
Paul White Company was fantastic to deal with from beginning to end. Traci helped us pick out beautiful tile and grout, Tim was a great communicator regarding scheduling and Aaron and Noah were skilled and precise tilers! I couldn't believe how smooth, efficient and professional the whole process was! And the end result was the most exciting part. My bathrooms look beautiful!
I was very impressed with Paul White Co. We wanted to add a custom quartz top to our existing vanity which was relatively big. We selected what we wanted from their remnant inventory (the slabs outside their shop) and within a few weeks they had it cut out and installed to fit perfectly. Pricing was more than fair, and they got it completed in a timely manner. They even re-adhered our under mount kitchen sink which was starting to come loose - totally separate from our vanity project. Very pleased with Paul White Co. and will definitely be referring them to others.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. UNETHICAL & UNPROFESSIONAL11 MONTHS OF ISSUES:Paul White Company was subcontracted for all tile, flooring, cabinets, appliance install, etc for our new condo building on the East End. To save you time—over 11 months the team damaged my brand new dishwasher while installing it incorrectly (didn’t bother to tell me) and my shower tile was done so poor, it needed to be replaced five different times! The last fix I finally got a different employee and he said “it’s a good thing I’m here, water damage would have been an issue with the other guys work”. What?!Closed on a small unit 11/2020. Paid to have the shower converted from a tub. After finishing the tile was crooked all the way from top to bottom. It took five different “repairs” and 11 months to “fix”. From different grout colors, to incorrect spacing, tile pressing out at the sides, and overall poor craftsmanship, it was a nightmare I hope I can help others avoid. So bad to the point they fired two of their employees who did the work, and as stated above the final more experienced one assured me water damage would have been a problem if he wasn’t there. Included just a few of the many photos I have. Zoomed up on the tile that went 10 feet in a crooked line, two wall replacements, and other issues.I have emails back and forth with the PW team acknowledging the poor work but taking no responsibly for it as they were subcontracted. WAS EVEN TOLD BY THE BUILDER HE WILL REFUSE TO USE THEM FOR ANY FURTHER PROJECTS!This also does not include the bowed wood floors needed to be replaced on my neighbors units, or other issues with the company. I reached out to different a tile company for a quote during the process and was told it was so bad they wouldn’t touch the single wall— they would only redo the entire thing to ensure it was done properly. $4750 estimate. But I did forget to include, Paul White did offer me a $350 gift card. What a joke.
