This is not our first time with Floor Factors, it is the second over several years. They did an outstanding job both times. This last job on our new 1967 home they worked diligently on all the details of refinishing hardwood flooring and adding molding. 2500SF of refinishing and adding new hardwood to one room where it needed it. We had a trip planned to Europe and Nathanial worked within our timeframes, sent us great photos to keep us appraised of the progress and we were able to discuss options as issues arose in real time. I had a similar experience in our last home with wall to wall carpet and tile minus the traveling. Details are everything and these were both demanding jobs. I LOVE Floor Factors. Floor factors was able to accommodate us for a weekend flooring install at our place of business, and they wasted no time getting the job done. The Floorfactors team has a great collaborative culture. I got the same helpful service from the Showroom as I did from the Sales team as I did from the installers. These guys are professionals and they aim to make sure they are meeting customer expectations or better.
The Floor Factors team was great! Turns out that our installer Deon showed up to do our laundry room and remembered our house and specifically our laundry room having done the initial work 15 years ago at the time of a large home remodel. I was impressed by his attention to detail and could tell that he took pride in his work. Craftsman quality work.
