The sales person Jennifer is amazing. She came by took measurements and had a quote to me the same evening. I was in a time crunch and she was able to offer me a discontinued stock so it was in it was available and it took only just a few days to get us scheduled The three installers did an amazing job. They got the 850 ft.² ADU done in one day. Everybody was personable, timely, kind and professional. From start to finish, including the weekend, the total time from quote to install was seven days.
I had a great experience with The Floor Store and happily recommend them to others. From start to finish it was a smooth and straight forward process, with pretty and relatively inexpensive results! A representative came to my house to show me samples (shout out to Jennifer), then I picked my materials and set up the install dates (which I had to move a few times due to other ongoing parts of the renovation process, and they were very flexible), and then the install took half as long as it was projected to take. Usually renovation projects take 2 or 3 times as long as is projected (especially in an early 1900s where any number of factors can change things!) but they finished in just one day. We love the floors and are very glad we went with TFS. Thank you so much!
