Michael was fantastic to work with. Super nice and made sure we were happy with the finished product. It took 2 tries to get the color we wanted and Michael was patient with us and really went above and beyond to accommodate the change. A very fair and good experience. Michael is a good human and I really appreciate working with people like that. By the way for anyone looking for the right shade for red oak floors where it isn’t too red or too light/dark a 50/50 mix of Special Walnut and Dark Walnut was the winner ??

Mike is a true professional - we’ve worked together over the years, and most recently, he transformed my 100+ year-old heart pine floors. We discussed various finishes and ultimately went with a high quality water-based polyurethane to lighten the tone, replacing the old oil-based finish. The results are stunning - highly recommend!
Mike and his team are fantastic. The experience he brings to the job is immediately apparent in the knowledge he shares upon first seeing the floors. They did every inch of flooring in our first home, and even added the kitchen to the job after we found hardwoods under the subfloor. This is my third time using RI Flooring in over 30 years. Great family business. They are still hard working perfectionists that take pride in their craft. This last job they performed was extra special. I had an area which was full of deep gouges and such a mess. I thought I might have to replace it but Anthony and Nick made this area look brand new again! In addition to that I had minor dust residue and they were extremely kind. I feel they are the best company on the East coast for refinishing hardwoods. Thank you Anthony, Nick and Mike for another exceptional job.
