During a home renovation, I found myself short on tile and was worried about matching the original dye lot. Sarah stepped in and truly went above and beyond — she worked directly with her supplier to locate tile from the same dye lot and even coordinated a swap with another order that was already staged for delivery.Because of her intervention, the tile was available that same afternoon. This would not have happened without her persistence and advocacy. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to her customers are exceptional. I have been working with Ruggieri Carpets since 2024, when they assisted with our new stair runner, 3 bedrooms and living space rugs, and now again with a recent hardwood install and a soon-to-install LVT plank. Colleen has been more than service friendly, assisting at all times, even on her day off, researching, searching and supporting my projects. She's great, and Jenn is super nice while she's working her measuring magic. Kyle arranges the schedules in the best way, always accommodating changes, especially at the last minute. The install team worked around our rehab schedule, managing one bedroom at a time, while we moved furniture from room to room.The installers have been amazing. The boys on my bedroom and staircase were the best of the best, and it was difficult, inflexible carpet of very high quality. Yesterday's install was great- a prefinished hardwood,- and the boys installing were very neat and were able to remove and put back the baseboard without a blemish anywhere!Thanks for all of the help!Angela
