After selecting a tile using samples provided by the store and emailing with my desire to purchase and order information, no response. I emailed 3 times over the course of a week. I called, no one speaks English, which I get, but if english speaking salesperson A.T. won't respond to her emails and they don't speak English when you call it won't be possible to make a purchase. To this day I have not received a response to my emails and found identical tiles elsewhere at a lower price.
