Very happy. First, we went in looking for a nice, dark (charcoal) carpet to go with the gray walls in our bedroom. and Holly quickly suggested that a dark color shows every tiny scrap of paper, gray hair, whatever. She steered us toward some slightly lighter colors, we took three samples home, and darned if she wasn't right. Second, we chose a very nice Karastan carpet and -- based on Google -- braced ourselves for a huge blow to the checkbook. Nope. The estimate was a bit over half what I'd feared. Finally, the crew did a great job of removal, tightening a few floor squeaks, installing and cleaning up. I'd recommend them to anyone.
