We had a GREAT experience with Preferred Flooring & Tile. We worked with this company a few years ago on a laminate “wood” floor install for our bonus room that was flawless, we still love it. This time, we worked with Scott on a carpet install for our entire 2nd floor, and it was easy & efficient. From coming in and selecting our carpet color & pile (a process I dreaded, thinking it would be overwhelming) to scheduling delivery at our convenience around scheduled travel, etc., it was a good experience. Scott showed us a couple of carpet options, we liked the color and how it felt under foot, and he made us feel confident about our choice (not like we should consider other options or were missing something). The delivery was flawless. The team of guys were super coordinated, moved all of our furniture as needed and even took photos so they could move it back perfectly. We were impressed at how easy they made it seem. This is where we’ll go for all of our flooring needs!

Awesome company to work with. Installers Roman and helper did a wonderful job refining my existing hardwood floors and adding new hardwoods to living room.Everything was cleaned up when they were finished.Would highly recommend for your flooring needs.
Scott and his team did excellent work installing hardwoods in our master bedroom. They communicated with us well throughout the process and completed the work as scheduled. We're very happy with the finished product. We'd use them again and highly recommend them!
From the first time I stepped into the store I have received one on one attention to ensure that my complex bathroom tile project and new floors in the bedroom and den were done perfectly. Tom is an excellent project manager and has been very patient and persistent at addressing the many quirks in my house - to address before the job could be completed. The rest of team- Scott, James and Pat took great care helping me select the right products as well as keeping me informed of the scheduling etc. Their tile and floor teams took great care in doing the jobs right and were very respectful of my property and me. I would highly recommend Preferred Flooring!! More importantly, I would call them again for flooring and tile work at my home. Excellent craftsmen ship as well as superb customer service!!
