I'm very happy with the way our floor looks. There was some problems with the initial measuring and quotes - also taking 3 days instead of 1 or 2 and rushing to finish because men were wanted elsewhere. Some of the work is not neat or clean on edges in regards to molding. Some spaces should have been filled and some were filled very sloppy. I had to replace the hunge on our storm door. Going outside and inside constantly did not suit it.I might have given the overall job a little less than 4 but I eas happy with the price and the flooring. The head installer, Ivan, was awesome and truly knows his trade. To be fair, I didn't realize some of the spots that should have been fixed until after he left. My handyman will fix.
Another wonderful experience with USA Flooring! Even though we’ve only used them for smaller projects (stairway runner & closet carpeting refresh), we have received superior service. Pricing was fair, the installers were efficient & kind & our salesperson, Lauren, was more than helpful. She happily dropped off samples, texting pics & helped us find exactly what we needed & at a great price! When the time comes for our next project, we will definitely use them again.
We have waited for anyone to come fix what your workers were trying to cover by laying the floor over the Gaps. So bugy don't crawl in through them into the wall. The spray foam was not done all the way. Still left gaps Open. The carpet was put down and glued. It was not stretched out and attached to the tack strip to keep it in place. Im able to take 2 fingers and pull the carpet up from the Floor. IN the closets just layed on the subfloors. Everytime it's brought to management's attention im given every excuse, except a Day or Time to come fix and complete this job. Everyday I came to see if you were going to fix the problems. Imagine when I arrived expecting because management confirmed they would make it right!!! No your guy was laying the floor covering up the Gaps that were left. Because if you can't see them then you could lie and say you did. But you never have!! Paid for subflooring, Hardwood flooring, and Carpet through out the entire home!! We Paid in Full. It's been A MONTH!! They cut all of the Electrical wiring for the bottom floor. We have had to pay to fix this problem. All management is always in a meeting!!! It's Now October 4th. We are still waiting for you to make this Situation RIGHT!!!!
