I would really like to send a shout out to Ariel and Levi for doing a great job on getting the old flooring out of my place and pointing out any repairs required before the new flooring went in. Thanks to Iana, Bogdan and Bohdan for a great install. These people did an excellent job. Finally I would like to thank Amber who orchestrated this whole job. You guys all went above and beyond. Thank you.
We went to Alberta Tile One to talk about upgrading our kitchen. We met with Kinga and she helped us pick out colours and match everything to the cabinets that we wanted to keep. Alberta Tile One coordinated with the granite company and the company that we got new sinks from so that we only had to communicate with one company. They planned everything, booked all the appointments and it all went very smoothly. Something strange happened with some of the silicone that finished off the corner of the tile, and they had no problem at all coming right out to fix it before we paid off our balance. We absolutely love our new kitchen and couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the customer service we received!
So helpful in picking the flooring and tile. The guys they had doing the work were absolutely craftsman of their trade. They kept in contact with us about time lines, and satisfaction. They were grwtbwith answering our questions considering we were first time renovators. Great price ranges and wonderful selection of flooring and tiles.
Flooring looked great other than the big gaps in between each tile because they did not put butt them up tightly. there is a section where it feels like there’s a bunch of small rocks and bumps. The underlay was completely replaced by them, so there should be no reason for that. They had sent somebody out to fill the gaps with a sealant. We asked if she wanted us to move anything out of her way so she could do the whole floor properly. She said she would do it and never did so only half of it got sealed. They also lost and broke tiles off of the existing floor that they were tying into and did not tell anybody. When their guys were installing, they also broke brand new drywall, and never fixed or replaced, hoping that the baseboards would cover it
Janelle D. was fabulous to work with! She took something that was very overwhelming for me and broke it down into manageable steps so that I could make choices that I would be happy with. Beautiful new flooring and countertops! Painting to come shortly.
